Databases

These databases allow public access. Generally, the public access will be read-only, but that depends on the database.

Stackoverflow

Stackoverflow.com is an excellent Programmer Question and Answer site. They publish, as an XML export, the user-contributed content. We make a queryable set of tables, containing all of that data, available for public anonymous access.
